Our Investment Strategies

Investment Focus

01

Private Equity

We seek to partner with operating companies through majority/minority recapitalization, buyout, take-private and PIPE transactions. We incline towards situations that involve intact management teams but can help supplement and re-incentivize managers and provide interim leadership, as appropriate.

02

Special Situations

We provide bespoke financing solutions to companies in support of their business expansion and growth strategies, to strengthen corporate liquidity profiles and balance sheets and provide a partial exit to ownership. Our capital may be control or non-control in nature.

03

Real Estate

We utilize a thematic investment approach to source, acquire and manage investments, with an emphasis on properties requiring recapitalization, repositioning or a strategic capital investment. Our investments may comprise outright asset acquisitions, note purchases, portfolio and corporate-level investments.

04

Fund and Coinvestments

We actively invest as limited partners in funds and direct deals led by top-tier general partners where we see strong alignment, compelling track records, and sector expertise.

05

Advisory

Where an asset or a business is not a clear fit with our investment mandate, our team may be willing to facilitate introductions to other capital partners and advise on aspects of capital raising and structuring to help you meet your objectives.
